Booking and payment
How far ahead can I book?
Online sessions can be booked up to 7 days ahead, subject to live availability. The calendar is the final source for available slots.
Do I pay the full amount online?
Where the option is shown, you can pay 25% to reserve a session or pay in full. Any remaining booking balance is paid at the venue as stated during checkout.
What if my payment is deducted but the booking is not confirmed?
Do not pay again immediately. Keep the transaction reference or screenshot and contact Sports Circle support with your name, mobile number and selected slot.
Guest checkout and accounts
Can I book without creating an account?
Yes. Guest checkout is available, so you can reserve a session without first creating an account or waiting for account verification.
What details are needed for guest checkout?
Enter the booking customer’s name and mobile number accurately. Use an email address when requested so confirmation and support updates can reach you.
Can an existing account make another booking?
Yes. A signed-in customer can make additional bookings, including another court or session, whenever the requested slots remain available.
Cancellations and refunds
How do I cancel a booking?
Use the cancellation option available from your booking or contact Sports Circle with the booking reference. Cancellation eligibility is governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Are eligible refunds initiated through the payment gateway?
Eligible refunds are sent through the payment-gateway cancellation workflow after the cancellation is accepted. The final credit is subject to the gateway and the customer’s bank or card provider.
How long does a refund take to reach my account?
After an approved refund is initiated, the final credit time depends on the payment gateway, bank or card provider. Keep the refund or transaction reference for follow-up.
Opening hours and arrival
What are Sports Circle’s opening hours?
Monday, Tuesday and Friday to Sunday: 7:00 AM–11:00 PM. Wednesday and Thursday: 3:30 PM–11:00 PM.
When should I arrive?
Arrive before your booked start time with your confirmation or booking reference ready. A late arrival does not extend the reserved session.
What should I bring?
Bring your booking confirmation, comfortable sportswear and suitable non-marking sports shoes where required for the selected court.
Sports, courts and equipment
Which sports can I book?
Sports Circle offers pickleball, badminton, box cricket, box football, cricket nets, bowling-machine practice, basketball, volleyball and table tennis. The venue’s listed booking options are the nine sports shown above.
What court and playing facilities are available?
The venue brings six courts or playing areas together, including badminton courts, cricket nets, box-cricket turf, a full-size pickleball court, table tennis and a convertible football, basketball and volleyball area.
Is sports equipment provided?
Required game equipment is included with court bookings where specified. Check the selected sport and your confirmation for any sport-specific requirement.
What is the bowling machine facility?
Sports Circle has an iBot 360 bowling machine for cricket practice, with operating speeds shown by the venue and staff guidance before use.
Player counts and booking limits
How many players can use one booking?
The safe player count depends on the selected sport, court and session. Follow the limit shown in the booking flow and the venue team’s instructions.
Can I book more than one court?
Yes, if the courts and times are available. Select the additional court or make another booking and keep each confirmation reference.
Can I book for a group or team?
Yes. One customer can organise a group or team booking, but every player must follow the selected court’s capacity and safety rules.
Venue rules and safety
What rules apply at the venue?
Follow the Venue Rules, Participant Undertaking, staff instructions and the safety requirements for the selected sport. Keep the court and shared areas clean.
What footwear is suitable?
Wear clean, suitable sports footwear. Non-marking shoes may be required for particular indoor courts; staff may refuse unsafe or unsuitable footwear.
What happens if I ignore a safety instruction?
The venue team may stop play or restrict use of a facility when behaviour, equipment or footwear creates a safety risk. No booking extension is due for a safety stoppage.
