Sports Circle Terms & Conditions

01General terms

These Terms apply to members, guests, visitors, players and website users. Continued use of the venue or website means acceptance of the current Terms.

02Venue access and usage

Entry is subject to availability, opening hours and venue rules. Players must follow staff instructions, wear suitable sports clothing and use non-marking shoes where required. Sports Circle may refuse or end access for unsafe, abusive or inappropriate behaviour.

03Bookings and payments

Choose a sport, court, player count, date and continuous available session. A session is confirmed only after the required payment or eligible booking credit is verified. Pay at least 25% to reserve or pay in full; any remaining balance is due at the venue. Online payments are processed by Zoho Payments.

Cancellations and rescheduling must be requested at least four hours before the session starts. Once that cutoff passes, the booking cannot be cancelled and no refund is due. No-shows are not refundable. For an eligible cancellation, money paid is returned to its original payment method and booking credit used is returned to your account. Refund completion depends on the payment provider.

04User responsibilities

Use facilities responsibly and respect other players. You are responsible for your belongings; Sports Circle is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal items. Damage to property or equipment may be recovered from the responsible user.

05Health, safety and risk

Sports and physical activities carry inherent risks. Players and visitors participate at their own risk and should consult a physician before strenuous activity. Staff may provide reasonable assistance in an emergency but do not guarantee medical supervision or a particular outcome.

06Website usage

Do not misuse, disrupt, copy, distribute or modify website content without written permission. The website may contain errors or temporary interruptions, and reliance on information is at your own risk.

07Intellectual property

Logos, text, graphics, images, video and other content on Sports Circle digital platforms belong to Sports Circle or its licensors. Reproduction or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

08Privacy and data protection

Sports Circle collects basic information such as name, email and phone number for bookings, communication and support. The Privacy Policy applies alongside these Terms.

09Third-party links

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Sports Circle does not control or guarantee their content, availability or privacy practices.

10Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sports Circle, its owners, employees, partners and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses arising from your use of the facilities, services or website, violation of a rule or law, or injury, loss or damage caused by your participation or conduct.

11Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sports Circle is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from use of the venue or website. Aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or session in question.

12Force majeure

Sports Circle is not liable for delay, interruption or cancellation caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, weather, strikes, fire, floods, government restrictions, power failure, equipment failure or technical disruption.

13Termination

Sports Circle may deny or terminate access for breach of these Terms, unsafe or abusive conduct, misuse or non-payment, and may take lawful action where necessary.

14Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
